About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Non-Functional Testing (NFT) Manager to join our team at Procode IT. As an NFT Manager, you will be responsible for delivering NFT projects and managing an offshore team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the setup, negotiation, renewal, and termination of 3rd party contracts related to the offshore NFT Team.
  • Allocate resources and manage an offshore team.
  • Create data using tools such as Datadog and Grafana.
  • Develop, design, and execute NFT in LoadRunner / JMeter.
  • Provide input and support for infrastructure provisioning, system configuration, and deployments.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial experience developing, designing, and executing NFT in LoadRunner / JMeter.
  • Experience managing offshore teams and line management skills.
  • Domain knowledge in Energy and Smart Metering.
