Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Supply Chain Transformation to lead our supply chain transformation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Transformation
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain transformation strategy to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, technology upgrades, and best practices.
  • Supply Chain Planning
    • Develop and manage demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain analytics to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet customer demands.
    • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to develop and implement sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Supply Chain Excellence
    • Lead a high-performing supply chain team to drive excellence in supply chain effectiveness and agility.
    • Develop and manage data analytics to drive key supply chain metrics and improve decision-making.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Provide thought leadership and guidance to the supply chain team and broader organization.
    • Develop and implement talent management and employee engagement strategies to cultivate a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree or Master's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in a supply chain, operations, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
    • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
    • Proven experience in leading S&OP processes, demand management, and supply chain transformations.
  • Skills
    • Advanced business acumen and communication skills.
    • Experience with ERP systems and processes.
    • Knowledge of overall supply chain process with in-depth experience in one or more areas.
