Job Title: Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineer to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians to maintain and improve equipment performance
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize uptime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to inform maintenance decisions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working in electrical and mechanical disciplines
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English
  • Understanding of PLC-based control systems and statutory compliance requirements
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management systems
