About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions Contracts. As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the installation of timber structures on residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Oversee a range of timber installs, including residential and commercial projects.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting ARV Solutions Contracts as a market leader in timber structures.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
- Previous experience in multi-site management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Subcontractor management experience, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
