About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Litigator to join our client's strong Real Estate Team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling complex commercial real estate disputes, including planning and environmental, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial real estate matters, including planning and environmental issues
  • Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential disputes and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting commercial real estate

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate litigation
  • Solid grounding in commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Strong background in commercial and civil litigation
  • Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
  • Competitive basic salary - up to £105,000 depending on experience
