We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at New Look in Carmarthen. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results through commercial acumen, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the store manager to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Work closely with the store manager to identify opportunities to improve store performance, customer service, and team development.
- Collaborate with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to drive business results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-obsessed attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous store or deputy management experience.
- A track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- A strong understanding of commercial acumen, compliance, and P&L reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
