Falconsmartit is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative service management solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- ServiceNow Landscape Design
Work with clients to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape.
Service Portal DesignDesign and develop Service Portals, often in support of custom applications.
ServiceNow ScriptingDevelop hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, and Email Inbound.
Integration and API DevelopmentExperience with REST and SOAP-based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation, and define coding standards.
Technical Governance and Solution ReviewsLead technical governance boards and solution reviews, and design end-to-end solutions to customer requirements.
Custom Application Development and MigrationSupport custom applications development and migration, and support Virtual Agent configuration and development.
ServiceNow Mobile App DevelopmentExperience in ServiceNow Mobile app development, and worked on any 3 of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules.
Advanced Knowledge of CSDM & CMDBAdvanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB, and knowledge of Integration Hub and flow designer is a MUST.
ServiceNow Best PracticesExcellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Custom apps, App Engine, and PA.
Requirements- 8+ Years of ServiceNow Experience
8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required.
Certifications and EducationAt least 2 of the following required along with an Active CTA or CMA:
- CIS – ITSM certification preferred.
- Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow) preferred.
- CIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferred.
- CIS – Human Resources certification preferred.
- CIS – CSM certification preferred.
- CIS – Security Incident Response certification preferred.
- CIS – Vulnerability Response certification preferred.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, and teamwork, and self-starter and innovator with a willingness to lead.
