Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our educational support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and teaching within the 2-year-old provision, leading the teaching assistants within the setting, and implementing outdoor Forest school activities or exploring this training further.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and teach within the 2-year-old provision
  • Lead the teaching assistants within the setting
  • Implement outdoor Forest school activities or explore this training further
Requirements
  • Meet Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Excellent numeracy/literacy skills - equivalent to NVQ level 2 in English and maths
  • Training in the relevant learning strategies e.g. literacy
