Job Summary

This role involves working as a Pest Control Technician, utilizing a science background to provide expert advice to customers. The successful candidate will have a degree in a life science discipline and a strong understanding of pest control principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers with pest control issues, utilizing industry-recognised training and expertise.
  • Work independently, managing time effectively to solve customer problems face-to-face.
  • Obtain full industry-recognised training in the first 6-12 months.
  • Choose a career path after 12-36 months, selecting from Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Accounts Manager.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A desire to work hard and have fun, interacting with customers daily.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
