ARC Group is currently seeking experienced Site Operatives in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Requirements for this role include:

  • CSCS Certification
  • Machine operation tickets are beneficial
  • Personal tools
  • Complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Demonstrated experience in ground works

This temporary position for a Site Operative is ongoing, with the possibility of direct employment following a qualifying period. Candidates must possess a proven track record in all facets of ground work, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
