The HVAC Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the installation, upkeep, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This position guarantees that HVAC tasks are executed effectively, safely, and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities Organize, plan, and oversee all HVAC operations on-site to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Collaborate with project leaders, engineers, and other site supervisors to synchronize HVAC tasks with the overall project timeline. Supervise daily activities and manage HVAC technicians and subcontractors. Perform site evaluations to verify proper installation and functionality of HVAC systems. Address any on-site challenges or disputes related to HVAC operations. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality in all HVAC installations and repairs. Review HVAC materials and equipment for adherence to specifications and standards. Conduct and document routine quality assessments and tests. Implement and uphold safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment. Hold regular safety meetings and toolbox discussions with HVAC personnel. Ensure compliance with OSHA and other pertinent health and safety regulations. Communicate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide updates on HVAC progress and address any issues. Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems within the overall project framework. Keep precise records of HVAC work, including daily logs, inspection reports, and material receipts. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management or senior leadership. Offer technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians and subcontractors. Ensure all HVAC work complies with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Relevant certifications in HVAC (e.g., EPA Certification, NATE Certification) and safety (e.g., OSHA) are beneficial.
