We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 2D Layout Artist to join our team at Blue Zoo Animation Studio. As a key member of our Layout team, you will be responsible for creating linework background art and additional assets for our upcoming 2D project.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up Photoshop files and create high-quality animation layout drawings based on storyboard panels while maintaining the show's style.
- Accurately interpret the perspective and composition laid out in a storyboard.
- Use your expertise to strengthen the show's visual language.
- Support the team with fixes when necessary.
- Work to tight deadlines.
- Organize your workflow using the work trackers provided and keep the tracker updated on the progress of each background.
We are looking for a talented individual with:
- Excellent perspective skills.
- A great sense of composition and staging.
- Ability to adapt to the required design style.
- Ability to interpret concept designs into the desired layout.
- Proficient experience with Photoshop software.
- Great sense of character posing and action staging.
