Job Title: Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Gardener/Landscaper to join our team at a Residential Development in Southwest London. If you have a love for nature and a keen eye for design, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planting, pruning, and nurturing trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns to maintain a high standard of garden maintenance.
  • Lawn care including mowing, aerating, and edging to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Designing and installing new landscape features such as flower beds, walkways, and patios to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the outdoor spaces.
  • Installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure efficient water management.
  • Controlling weeds, pests, and diseases to maintain a healthy and thriving garden environment.
  • Operating and maintaining garden tools and machinery to ensure safe and effective use.
  • Seasonal planting and maintaining existing landscape designs to ensure a consistent and beautiful appearance.
  • Ensuring gardens and outdoor spaces are kept clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for residents and visitors.
  • Collaborating with clients to meet their specific landscaping needs and vision.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, and garden maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to use gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and a creative approach to garden design.
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or gardening roles.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of irrigation systems (preferred but not essential).
