The Financial Administrator & Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial stability of the organization while also managing operational and executive support tasks. Collaborating closely with our Senior Leadership Team, this position is integral to our operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in audits, invoicing, and budget management, as well as P&L reporting, sales analysis, and the development of management information reports. This multifaceted role requires a conscientious team player who enjoys merging financial responsibilities with executive support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive bookkeeping
  • Management of payroll, P11D, VAT, tax, and corporation tax
  • Oversight of creditor and debtor accounts
  • Cash flow oversight and bank reconciliation
  • Assisting in the management of accounting operations
  • Supporting the creation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Coordinating management report preparations
  • Facilitating month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Developing and documenting processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls
  • Supplier management
  • Travel and expense coordination
  • Purchasing and inventory oversight
  • Arranging accommodations
  • Diary management
  • Compiling management information, P&L, and sales reports
Skills, Qualifications and Key Attributes:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Administrator & Executive Assistant or in a comparable role, with a solid understanding of Xero.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in preparing financial statements
  • Familiarity with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process
  • Aptitude for managing multiple tasks and working under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience in managing multiple diaries and coordinating travel and accommodations
