Job Summary:

As a Stockroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stockroom, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and stored, and that our team is working efficiently to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal stock loss.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of stockroom associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Stockroom Maintenance: Ensure the stockroom is organized, clean, and well-maintained, with all inventory properly labeled and stored.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock loss, and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the management team to implement process improvements and optimize stockroom operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role, preferably in a retail environment.
