About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Stock Merchandiser to join our team at Inchcape Retail - Part of Group 1 Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transforming our retail online experience by delivering outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take high-quality images and create engaging content for our website, adhering to all standards and regulations.
  • Identify and classify vehicle specifications, highlighting unique selling points to enhance online presence.
  • Upload photos, videos, and specifications into relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Merchandise vehicles in line with agreed standards to promote and sell vehicles effectively.
  • Meet service level agreements to ensure accurate and timely stock turnarounds.
  • Review customer enquiries and suggest improvements to increase vehicle desirability online.
  • Identify and address vehicle preparation issues to enhance sales.
  • Provide vehicle information and photography to the digital sales team as requested.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Great organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Experience with social media platforms and ability to take and edit quality photographs.
  • Keen eye for detail and self-motivation.
