Caddy Group Limited is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of the company's M&E projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess tender documentation to produce successful bids
- Ensure tenders comply with health and safety, quality, and environmental legislation, as well as company policies and procedures
- Provide technical guidance, advice, and bid support to clients, including tender programmers and methodologies
- Conduct site visits to understand tender requirements
- Identify and report on risk and opportunity/scope
- Produce accurate net estimates with full breakdowns for adjudication
- Seek value engineering and advantage through the tender process
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a Mechanical Estimator and a strong understanding of M&E projects. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
