Corporate Finance Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Corporate Finance Executive to join our team at Chris Hayes Associates in Nottingham. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in advising clients on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing commercial analysis and business plans for presentation to financial institutions and acquisitive clients
  • Developing financial models and conducting contract negotiations
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate finance matters

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong academic background, be a qualified accountant from a regional to large firm, and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in lead advisory or deals is not required, but you must demonstrate the right commercial acumen and a keen understanding of accounting principles.
