Barista Maestro Role

We're on a mission to inspire the world to love great coffee at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

You'll take on leadership responsibilities, working closely with your colleagues to drive sales and deliver high-quality customer service. Your day will be filled with tasks such as:

  • Leading shifts to support your team in delivering outstanding experiences
  • Identifying opportunities to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Training and accrediting new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Staying up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and sharing your knowledge with the team
  • Driving high standards in every aspect of your work, from espresso quality to customer feedback
  • Representing the Costa Coffee brand and helping us shine
