Your primary focus will be on managing and working with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to convert new business opportunities into orders. You will be responsible for developing sales and marketing plans and strategies to feed into our overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the sales, marketing, and business development teams
* Monitor and report lead and lag measures for sales, marketing, and business development
* Develop sales and marketing plans and strategies
* Take overall responsibility for hitting overall firm orders in targets
* Live and breathe the CRM, ensuring a quality record of all activities and is consistently up to date

Marketing and BD Management:

* Ensure the marketing and business development teams have all they need to generate the right number of the right type of enquiries
* Work with marketing and BD teams to develop strategies to improve lead/enquiry generation
* Build relationships with intermediaries and 3rd parties where needed

Tax Team Sales Support:

* Provide follow-up, accountability, and oversight to the tax projects sales team
* Provide sales input and expertise to help tax projects sales team to develop winnable proposals

Winning New Ongoing Clients:

* Take responsibility for winning new ongoing clients
* Hold initial consultation meetings with potential clients
* Drill into their needs, create proposals and presentations for ongoing packages, and present these

Requirements:

* Tangible track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a market-facing role
* Experienced in a business-to-business sales environment
* Strong commercial acumen and portrays a high level of professionalism
* Generous base salary - £60,000 to £80,000 depending on qualification and experience
