About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in early years education. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily care and education of young children, including planning and implementing activities and routines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to child care and education.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work under your own initiative, demonstrate a passion for promoting the well-being and development of young children, and have a fun-loving nature. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and take direction from colleagues and the setting manager.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and Level 2 safeguarding and paediatric first aid. These will be gained during your apprenticeship.
