About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our Retail Sales team in Dartford. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in driving store performance and leading the team in their absence
  • Coach and develop colleagues to deliver sales targets and maintain high operational standards
  • Ensure expert knowledge of ScS Furniture products and services among the store team
  • Recruit, onboard, manage, and develop the store team
  • Drive performance, deliver targets, and maximize sales opportunities in line with the store business plan
  • Support colleagues with customer orders and finance applications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive business growth through customer loyalty and referrals
  • Identify opportunities to improve store operations and maintain a high standard of store presentation
