About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Depot Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an independent practitioner within a defined community setting, liaising with other professionals as necessary.
  • Manage a caseload of clients prescribed IM medication, providing supervision to others as appropriate.
  • Evaluate nursing care within agreed parameters, with a working knowledge of local, national policies and legislation governing current service provision and audit.
  • Ensure effective communication pathways exist, promoting equality, diversity, and rights in accordance with good practice and legislation.
  • Identify and contribute to the training needs necessary in providing quality evidence-based care.
