A leading manufacturing company in the industry is seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join their team. This is a key role that will report directly to the FP & A Manager, with a broad remit and significant influencing potential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed financial reports for senior stakeholders, providing insights into costs and profitability
  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and re-forecasts, working closely with the leadership team
  • Investigating anomalies and variances, identifying trends, and driving efficiency improvements
  • Leading projects to improve commercial performance and manufacturing accounting processes

To be considered for this role, you should have relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong communication and influencing skills. A formal accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, or ACCA) is highly desirable, and knowledge of an ERP system would be advantageous.
