About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Dalkia. As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, install, and commission small project works to meet client requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including site surveys, technical audits, system health checks, spares management, obsolescence reporting, disaster recovery work, system upgrades, and patching.
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits to resolve issues and perform emergency repairs.
  • Complete service reports and other project documentation as required.

About the Team:

You will be working as part of a team servicing a number of clients, with varying workloads depending on client needs. Suitable training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to perform your duties.

Requirements:

  • A good electrical engineering background.
  • A current driving license.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with PLC/RTU or similar control systems.
  • The ability to gain SC clearance.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to attend client sites and work on a rota basis for out-of-hours work.
