Meetings and Events Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings and events for our clients, including venue sourcing, accommodation and transport bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and provide quotations for events
  • Source and recommend venues for events, considering factors such as location, facilities, and budget
  • Ensure a high conversion of inquiries to bookings by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth event planning process
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the event planning process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in meetings and events coordination
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event planning tools
