NHS Highland is seeking a proactive and dedicated Band 3 Vaccination and Community Support Assistant to contribute to vaccination initiatives throughout the region. This role is integral to our expanding service, which administers vaccinations to various age groups, including preschool children, school-aged children, and adults for flu and Covid, among others.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities and be proficient in using software applications such as Microsoft Office and Teams. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as you will collaborate with a small group to deliver high-quality support at diverse vaccination clinics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support for vaccination programs.
- Attending clinics at various times and locations.
- Ensuring confidentiality and high standards of service delivery.
