Job Title: Culinary Team Leader Trainee at Ember Inns

As part of a district team, having your own transportation is necessary for this position. With the support of your district and a thorough training program, you will cultivate your team and surpass your objectives.

As you advance to become a Culinary Team Leader Trainee, you will refine your abilities in establishing a kitchen that meets the 'Mitchells & Butlers' standards. Many of our Culinary Team Leaders in Training are managing their own kitchens within a short period.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in team leadership and business growth.
  • Previous positions may include commercial catering manager, school kitchen manager, head chef at a care facility, sous chef, deputy kitchen manager, or manager in an independent establishment or similar.
  • A valid driver's license is crucial to support businesses across your district during training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • During the 6-month training period, you will learn how to:

  • Manage food ordering, preparation, and inventory control.
