Job Role: Senior Gas Engineer

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Belfast and surrounding areas

We are seeking a Senior Gas Engineer with an in-depth knowledge of the plumbing & heating industry as well as gas & oil installation, service and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team on private installations such as oil to gas conversions, and full house plumbing installations with multiple bathrooms.
  • Carry out gas boiler diagnostic and repair, general plumbing, and other related tasks independently.

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory.
  • Domestic gas qualifications and ability to be registered on the gas safe register.
  • A full and clean driving licence.
  • In-depth knowledge in all areas of installations, conversions, breakdowns/repairs, and servicing.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Exceptional time keeping/diary management.
  • Team player with the ability to be self-reliant when necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • LPG qualifications.
  • Cookers/fires qualifications.
  • OFTEC qualifications.
  • Commercial gas qualifications/experience.
