Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Southern Area Power Operations Department. This department is responsible for delivering electrical energy to customers in a safe, reliable, and economical manner through a competent workforce committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The primary role of the Senior Electrical Engineer is to perform engineering analysis, development, design, coordination, and control of assigned projects within the electrical engineering field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and recommend new continuous improvement solutions for electrical installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization.
  2. Estimate costs, prepare justifications, and complete expenditure requests as required.
  3. Support project execution and project proposals, initiate detailed work outlines, and make decisions regarding basic processes and equipment.
  4. Perform work and delegate tasks to other engineers for the final development of specialized or technical proposals and studies of proposed projects.
  5. Prepare approvals of problem-solving reports, plans, schedules, and provide coordination and work direction as required for design, processes, reports, correspondence, and related data.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
  3. Preferred to have Fundamentals of Engineers (FE) license.
  4. Must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, calculation methods, design details, US/Aramco Codes, Standards, and Specifications.
  5. Full professional proficiency in English language skills.
