Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of special purpose plant machinery, with a focus on electrical bias.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PPMs and reactive maintenance, to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, using schematic drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Replace bearings, straps, and belts, and perform other mechanical tasks as required
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
  • Participate in project work, including the installation of new equipment and the upgrade of existing systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining special purpose plant machinery, with an electrical bias
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and electrical wiring diagrams
  • Strong mechanical skills, including the ability to replace bearings, straps, and belts
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
