Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise to packaging projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative packaging solutions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new packaging materials, technologies, and formats, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with our procurement, production, and marketing teams to identify and implement sustainable packaging solutions that meet our business needs.
- Contribute to the development of our packaging innovation strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with our quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Education to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field, such as packaging, science, or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in a packaging team within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative packaging solutions that meet business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and formats, including sustainable packaging solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
