Service Delivery Lead - Doncaster

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our team in Doncaster. Reporting directly to the Locality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our established service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and management to a team of Support Workers and Shared Lives Carers within the Doncaster region.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality support services, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices. This includes managing customer caseloads, conducting assessments, reviews, and ensuring person-centered outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory bodies and internal quality assurance frameworks. Conduct audits related to finance and medication management.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, service commissioners, and care managers to continuously improve the services we offer.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing teams within a social care setting.
  • A comprehensive understanding of CQC fundamental standards of quality and safety.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
  • Flexibility to work from our office and within local service settings.
  • Willingness to participate in the out-of-hours on-call service.
