1. Develop and implement standards, frameworks, and ways of working for AI solutions in business environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
2. Evaluate AI models to ensure performance meets business objectives and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor AI system performance, supporting business unit delivery teams in making necessary improvements and updates.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies to identify potential applications in the organization.
5. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.

1. Extensive experience designing and implementing AI solutions with a focus on machine learning techniques, deep learning, and generative AI methods.
2. Proficiency in programming languages and popular AI/ML frameworks and models, including adaptability and willingness to learn new AI technologies.
3. Familiarity with database warehouse and data engineering concepts, as well as usage of AI services on cloud platforms.
4. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, particularly in applying state-of-the-art data science and AI to solve business problems.
