Private Client Paralegal Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Paralegal to join our busy Private Client team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd. As a Private Client Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly reputable team while being given the framework to develop your own career.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide full legal support to one fee earner
* Manage diaries and schedules
* Onboard new clients and conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks
* Prepare letters and emails
* Utilize digital dictation
* Manage billing and invoicing
* Assist with the initial drafting of basic wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Ensure accurate filing of correspondence and documents in the case management system

**Requirements**

* Commercial experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant in a Private Client practice
* Basic understanding and application of Wills and Probate Laws
* Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
