About the Role

The Payroll Advisor will be responsible for processing the full end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 2200 employees, ensuring all employee documentation is collated and processed within agreed timescales. This role requires strong organizational skills, numeracy, and attention to detail to manage competing priorities effectively.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of processing high-volume monthly payrolls, preferably using Resourcelink
  • Excellent organizational skills and numeracy to manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail to identify and correct errors within high-volume data
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Current knowledge and understanding of Government guidelines relating to statutory benefit payments
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word
