Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of pastry ingredients.
  • Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive culinary team.
  • Participate in menu development, contributing innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
  • Strong understanding of various pastry and dessert techniques.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
