About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at Eden Hall Day Spa. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned to the highest standards, adhering to our strict cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Follow correct cleaning procedures, using the appropriate chemicals and equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Maintain a neat and organized appearance of the pot wash area and cleaning equipment storage areas.
  • Be responsible for sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure all bins are emptied throughout the day and washed thoroughly at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience in a kitchen environment is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

  • Flexibility to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and business.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 32 hours per week (4 days a week)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
