About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient School Administrator to join our dynamic team at Orbis Education and Care. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including staff details, absences, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist the headteacher in drafting and typing various documents, including correspondence and policies.
  • Handle incoming post, sort and file documents, and maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system.
  • Provide administrative support to the school's leadership team, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.

Requirements
