West of Scotland Housing Association is seeking a skilled Business Information Officer to join our IT Team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our Data Management Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Gap Analysis and Reporting: Identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies in source data or reporting areas and recommend relevant action.
  2. Data Protection Compliance: Support the Data Protection Officer to ensure ongoing full compliance with data protection legislation, including carrying out regular personal data audits.
  3. Data Audit Programme: Develop and implement a data audit programme and report to Senior Management on the audit results.
  4. Data Protocols: Prepare and update data protocols.
