Job Title: Production Team Leader

Reed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to oversee our production operations. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production personnel in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate production targets and goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and maintain seamless operations.
  • Monitor production standards and quality control measures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Ensure team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements.
  • Handle conflict resolution and perform problem-solving as necessary to resolve production-related issues.
  • Support the training of new team members and ensure all team members are competent in their roles.
  • Implement and support continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure all manufacturing records are completed accurately and on time.
  • Follow the escalation procedure for quality concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage operators' attendance, employee-related issues, 1:1s, and performance reviews to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify areas for improvement and initiate projects aimed at lowering costs and improving quality.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant manufacturing management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
