Job Opportunity: Commercial Law Leader – Office Manager and Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Law Leader to manage our Basildon office and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Basildon Office: Ensure high levels of client service and profitability, and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Build and Develop a Strong Team: Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, and provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Drive Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies, and work closely with our Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
  • Foster Lasting Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure exceptional service delivery to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Law Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Solicitor, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills, ideally in professional services, with a proven ability to drive growth and innovation.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a strong network of contacts in the commercial law sector.
  • Leadership and Strategic Thinking: A proactive leader with a proven track record of success, and a desire to grow and innovate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
