Assistant Curriculum Manager

Weston College Group is seeking an exceptional Assistant Curriculum Manager to join our team at HMP Portland. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the teaching or administration team, ensuring effective leadership and delegation.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, scheduling, and utilization, while maintaining the quality of their work.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and delivery of targets, including recruitment, retention, achievement, success, quality, and attendance.
  • Work with the Curriculum Manager to ensure compliance with Weston College HR Policies, including performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management.
Requirements
  • A degree or professional qualification relevant to the role.
  • A Teaching Qualification at level 4 and above.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office.
