About Our Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our Partnership, Wills & Probate team based in our Sheffield office. As a key member of our estate planning division, you'll work closely with our Partner Anne McCann to ensure our clients' wealth is protected for them and their families.

Our team provides the full range of legal and tax expertise clients need to plan effectively for their future. We're experienced in dealing with complex estates, often with international elements, and offer a range of services including:

  • Advising on, drafting and executing wills;
  • Setting up and administering trusts to manage money, property or investments for specific people or purposes;
  • Advising on investments and wealth-holding structures;
  • Succession planning for the future so our clients' business continues to thrive.
About You

We're looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with a passion for estate planning work and proven experience working on complex estates or with high net worth individuals. You'll need:

  • The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice;
  • Demonstrable technical experience gained within estate planning, specifically across wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts;
