Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and distinguished Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a renowned organization that is a leader in the sports industry.

  • Oversee a busy email inbox with expert management skills.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
  • Compile high-quality presentations and reports for various stakeholders.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A robust professional background with significant experience in C-suite environments, particularly in sectors such as banking, professional services, media, or entertainment.
  2. Proven expertise in managing email communications effectively.
  3. A history of working at senior levels with access to sensitive information, demonstrating utmost discretion.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail, remaining composed under pressure, and exhibiting high efficiency.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with senior stakeholders and fellow EAs.
  6. A high emotional intelligence, adept at understanding the dynamics of the workplace.
  7. A positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
  8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations and reports.
  9. Preferably, a secretarial qualification or a relevant degree.
