Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join our team, focusing on Professional Liability claims. This pivotal role involves navigating complex claims and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless claims process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Professional Indemnity claims and other liability-related matters for diverse professions and commercial entities.
- Engage with clients, brokers, and service providers to uphold a superior claims experience.
- Oversee claims from initial consultation through to resolution, including conducting coverage assessments and reserve evaluations.
- Handle claims for Lloyd's Syndicate, IUA, and corporate clients.
- Work in conjunction with underwriters on policy-related inquiries and participate in client discussions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Professional Indemnity claims, exhibit strong communication abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in fostering relationships with stakeholders. Familiarity with the insurance sector, particularly with CLASS/ECF2, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with a legal or professional qualification, will be advantageous.
Work Environment
