Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Clinical Psychology

Research and Development Focus
This role centers around expanding and refining research initiatives within the Clinical Psychology program, guided by principles of decolonization, social justice, and human rights. You'll play a key part in developing strategies to maximize the impact and dissemination of research conducted within the program.
Mentorship and Teaching Contributions
You will contribute to the support of trainee researchers, provide research teaching, and assess student work on the DClinPsy program. Your expertise will be invaluable in supervising both major research projects and providing guidance for service-related projects.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute research activities effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to workloads and deadlines, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- A commitment to scholarship and research within Clinical Psychology, with knowledge of relevant areas for clinical psychologists and/or clinical psychology training.
Academic Requirements
You must hold a Doctorate (or be nearing completion by September 2024) in Clinical Psychology, a PhD, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
