About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team at Tata Technologies. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging digital and non-digital content that showcases our company's innovative spirit and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and create high-quality multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication needs and develop content strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital content creation.
  • Optimize content for various digital platforms, including our company intranet, email newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging across all internal communications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content to meet communication deadlines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in content development within a large organization.
  • Competent in using digital platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Vyond, Articulate 360, Piktochart, or similar to create content.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
