Simulator Maintenance Technician, located in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the General Manager - Simulator Technical, the Simulator Maintenance Technician will collaborate closely with the Simulator Engineers to ensure that all Simulators are operational and ready for use, facilitating the training of our Aircrew and Cabin Crew as planned.

Key Responsibilities:

The Simulator Maintenance Technician will conduct preventive and routine maintenance on all Simulator systems and related equipment. This includes work on mechanical, electrical, visual display, and hydraulic systems. Additionally, you will:Perform testing and validation of system functionality through automated testing and assist in identifying defects.Implement effective inventory management for spare parts and maintain all necessary documentation in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Essential Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:Experience in a technical support capacity, preferably within the Aviation sector.Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving faults, with the capability to work on both mechanical and electrical systems.Strong IT skills and a systematic, logical approach.Comfort in handling complex machinery. Furthermore, you will;Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, as regular briefings and debriefings with Crew will be required.After a training period, the Simulator Maintenance Technician will operate on a scheduled 4 on, 4 off shift rotation.
