We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Northampton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and estate agents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Team Leader in managing the team's workload and ensuring the smooth delivery of conveyancing services.
  • Manage your own caseload, including title checking, raising and reviewing enquires, and reporting on routine property searches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure excellent customer service and business development opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of conveyancing documents and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the team's business development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and estate agents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IT literate and proficient in using case management systems.
  • Excellent business development skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
